PRE-ORDER POLICY
Please read this Pre-Order Policy carefully before accessing our store functionalities. By placing an order containing any products that are classified as a “Pre-Order“, you agree to be bound by this Pre-Order Policy.
SECTION 1: INTRODUCTION
1.1 This document contains terms and conditions (“Conditions“) that apply to anyone placing an order including an item that is classified as a “Pre-Order” offered by Team ZapdOaks Proprietary Limited.
1.2 Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its related information is provided to you by Team ZapdOaks Proprietary Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Team ZapdOaks” or “ZapdOaks“), a company registered in the Republic of South Africa (Registration Number: 2016/363120/07).
1.3 If any part of this Pre-Order Policy is unclear or not understood by you, you are required to seek clarity by contacting a representative of Team ZapdOaks using the details provided on the ‘Contact’ page of the Website.
SECTION 2: DEFINITIONS
2.1 In terms of this policy and throughout our website, the following terms are defined as;
2.1.1 PRE-ORDER is an order placed for a product that has not yet been released.
2.1.2 RELEASE DATE is the anticipated date that the product will be released in the South African market as provided by our supplier and may change due to factors outside of our control.
SECTION 3: RELEASE DATE
3.1 The release date of a product will be in the product description on our website. This date is not guaranteed due to forces outside of our control such as manufacturing / shipping delays. We will always do our best to keep this as accurate as possible.

SECTION 4: AVAILABILITY
4.1 Pre-Ordered items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. This applies to any incentives or give-aways that may be included in your pre-order where limited stock is available.
SECTION 5: DELIVERY OF PRE-ORDERS
5.1 We will aim to deliver pre-ordered products for their release date. We will always do our best to keep to this and in the event we cannot, we will keep you informed.
5.2 Your delivery period will apply from when your products are shipped and only when all products in your order are in-stock. We cannot fulfil partial orders of mixed pre-order and in-stock items.
5.3 Please note, Pre-order arrival dates are subject to change and often do. This is often due to production or shipping delays beyond our control.

SECTION 6: PAYMENT OF PRE-ORDERS
6.1 Payment is taken and processed at the time your order is placed. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued.
SECTION 7: CANCELLATION OF PRE-ORDERS
7.1 We will accept cancellations of pre-ordered products before the order has shipped. We will refund you the amount paid minus the processing fees of the transaction and cancellation penalties.
7.2 A cancellation penalty of 15% of the pre-order value applies to all pre-orders that have been cancelled. Team ZapdOaks is required to contractually commit to our suppliers on all volumes on pre-order, irrespective of your cancellation we are still liable to purchase the product. The 15% penalty acts as a restocking fee.
7.3 On highly sought after products, allocations of stock are possible from our wholesalers. When such allocations occur we reserve the right to cancel your pre-order and refund you in full for the product.
SECTION 8: PRE-ORDER PRICING
8.1 Prices on pre-orders are subject to change when the items arrive, and can be amended before orders are dispatched.
8.2 All pre-order pricing that you committ to are indicative and may differ to final pricing due to final rate of exchange and import fees when the order arrives at our supplier.
8.3 In order to secure a pre-order, the payment in full is required. Payment in full constitutes the pre-order value and any adjustments thereafter. In the event that you had overpaid, we will refund the difference.
