RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

Please read this Returns and Refund Policy carefully before accessing our store functionalities. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Returns and Refund Policy.


SECTION 1: INTRODUCTION

1.1 This document contains terms and conditions (“Conditions“) that apply to anyone approaching Team ZapdOaks Proprietary Limited for a return and/or refund of their order.

1.2 Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its related information is provided to you by Team ZapdOaks Proprietary Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Team ZapdOaks” or “ZapdOaks“), a company registered in the Republic of South Africa (Registration Number: 2016/363120/07).

1.3 If any part of this Returns and Refund Policy is unclear or not understood by you, you are required to seek clarity by contacting a representative of Team ZapdOaks using the details provided on the ‘Contact’ page of the Website.

1.4 The Team Zapdoaks Returns and Refunds policy has been drawn up in accordance with the provisions as outlined under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act)

SECTION 2: ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS

2.1 All products sold by Team ZapdOaks are purchased directly from the sole officially licensed supplier for South Africa for each respective Brand (Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh! etc.)

2.2 All products purchased from Team ZapdOaks, may be returned for a refund or exchange providing that;

2.2.1 it is done within 7 working days of delivery from the store;
2.2.2 the products/goods are in the exact same condition as when it left the store i.e. sealed, unopened and undamaged;

SECTION 3: REQUESTING A RETURN AND REFUND

3.1 You are required to e-mail nick@zapdoaks.com with your request to refund and/ return the product within the time-frames as indicated in Section 2 above.

3.2 The following documents are required to be provided in your request;

3.2.1 Have the receipt together with your proof of payment ready.
3.2.2 Email your return request along with a description of why you wish to return the product as well as pictures of the item you wish to return.
3.2.3 Make sure you have the receipt and proof of payment attached
3.2.4 Our team will assess the return requests and if the claim is valid, we will arrange replacement of the product, provide a full refund or provide you with a store credit to the same value.

SECTION 4: COSTS OF RETURNS

4.1 In the event that a return is requested, the consumer will be required to pay for the cost of returning the product. This is in accordance with the provisions outlined in Section 44(2) of Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

SECTION 5: GENERAL PROVISION

5.1 All returns and refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis by the management of Team ZapdOaks and in accordance with the provisions outlined in the CPA and ECT Act. No precedent is set through any previous returns and/or refunds.
