SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please read this Shipping and Delivery Policy carefully before accessing our store functionalities. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Shipping and Delivery Policy.


SECTION 1: INTRODUCTION

1.1 This document contains terms and conditions (“Conditions“) that apply to anyone placing an order for a product or service offered by Team ZapdOaks Proprietary Limited.

1.2 Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its related information is provided to you by Team ZapdOaks Proprietary Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Team ZapdOaks” or “ZapdOaks“), a company registered in the Republic of South Africa (Registration Number: 2016/363120/07).

1.3 If any part of this Shipping and Delivery Policy is unclear or not understood by you, you are required to seek clarity by contacting a representative of Team ZapdOaks using the details provided on the ‘Contact’ page of the Website.

SECTION 2: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS

2.1 Team ZapdOaks makes use of various courier providers in order to provide Nationwide Shipping. These providers include The Courier Guy (https://www.thecourierguy.co.za/)

2.2 By placing an order you understand delivery of your order is handled by a 3rd party Courier Provider and not by Team ZapdOaks.

2.3 Team ZapdOaks will inform you via e-mail once your order has been shipped and provide you with a Waybill number to allow for tracking.

2.4 All orders are shipped Free on Board Shipping Point (“FOB Shipping Point”). By placing an order you acknowledge that you take ownership of the goods once the goods leave the Team ZapdOaks shipping dock.

2.5 The delivery address will be required before orders can be processed. Deliveries to other counties and cities, outside South Africa, have different shipping and delivery fees, which will be displayed at checkout.

2.6 Shipping confirmation will be emailed to customers at the end of each business day. The tracking number associated to the order will be attached to the order within 24 hours from time of shipment.

2.7 Orders placed Friday and over the weekend will be processed on the next available business day. We reserve the right to request signature delivery on any order.

2.8 Once an order is dispatched by Team ZapdOaks it is the responsibility of the customer to make themselves available to receive the order.

2.8.1 Team ZapdOaks is not responsible for any issues caused as a result of unsuccessful deliveries or instances where the customer has not been available to receive their order.

2.8.2 Where a customer has has not been available to receive their order it is the duty of the customer to contact the courier company to arrange an alternate delivery time.

SECTION 3: SHIPPING & DELIVERY RATES

3.1 Team ZapdOaks offers 1x free delivery on order values exceeding R1,000.00 (VAT inclusive) per deliverable order.

3.1.1 All orders will only ship when all in stock & pre-order products in your cart have arrived.

3.1.2 Should you wish to split part of an order to be sent ahead of time, it will require the purchase of a standard shipping charge if the deliverable items per split part do not meet the free delivery threshold as specified above.

3.2 If your order does not qualify for the free delivery then a R100.00 delivery charge will automatically be added to your cart.

SECTION 4: PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

4.1 Pre-order arrival dates are subject to change and often do. This is often due to production or shipping delays beyond our control.

4.2 Prices on pre-orders are subject to change when the items arrive, and can be amended before orders are dispatched. In order to secure a pre-order, the payment in full is required. This payment is non-refundable.

SECTION 5: DELIVERY TIMES

5.1 Orders that are available for shipping (refer to Section 3 above) are generally shipped within 2 business days from date of order. Please allow for extra time for delivery to outlying areas.

5.1.1 Orders are generally processed and packaged for collection by our designated couriers within 2 business days from your order date.

5.1.2 Shipping by the designated courier may take an additional 1-3 business days depending on location.

5.2 Once your order has been dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number whereby you can track and trace the progress of your order.

SECTION 6: PACKAGING TERMS

6.1 Team ZapdOaks will ensure that your orders are securely packaged prior to shipping.

6.2 In the event that packaging appears to be damaged, you are required to provide us with photographic proof through email to nick@zapdoaks.com prior to opening the package.
